What is 1:1 support and how does it work?
1:1 support provides personalised assistance tailored to your individual needs and NDIS goals. During these sessions, one of our support workers will offer dedicated support, ensuring you receive focused attention to help you effectively achieve your desired outcomes.

With our support, our guests have successfully achieved a range of significant goals, including moving out of home, securing employment, obtaining a driver’s licence, improving independent living skills and much more.
Can I choose which support worker I have?
Yes, you have the flexibility to choose your support worker, subject to current staff availability and their workload at the time of your request. We make every effort to match guests with support workers who we believe will be a good fit. Additionally, we offer guests the opportunity to meet and build rapport with a support worker before committing to any ongoing support.
Do I need to meet at HQ or can I be picked up from home?
We offer flexible options for 1:1 support, including the ability to meet at our HQ or arrange for home pick up, depending on your location. Our team can discuss your preferences and ensure that transportation arrangements are convenient for you.
Are there any out of pocket costs for 1:1 Support?
No, there are no associated out of pocket expenses for 1:1 supports. Any purchases made on a 1:1 support will come directly from the guest on the day of the support.
