Friday – Girls Social Group (Canberra)

This is a 7-Week Program

Our Friday Girls Social meets weekly at Stellar HQ to connect, build friendships, and enjoy time outdoors. Each week, the group decides on an activity and experiences it together, learning new skills and building confidence along the way. These sessions are about more than just having fun, they’re a chance to form friendships, explore interests, and support each other in a welcoming and inclusive environment. The focus is on connection, personal growth, and creating lasting memories in a positive, social setting.

Inclusions:
There is no OOP cost associated with this social group however there may be weeks when the group chooses an activity with an associated cost. In these cases,the guest will either pay for this on the day themselves or this will be invoiced to you afterwards.

The NDIS cost for this experience is subject to change, and will reflect the ratio of support provided. The maximum NDIS cost this experience will incur is listed as above and will include a transport fee if applicable.

We will endeavour to ensure the experience is provided at our usual 1:3 or 1:4 ratio of support and associated cost. Please note there is also a $2.50/hour centre capital cost, as well as a $7.00/hour Non-Face-to-Face cost applies to each hour of support provided.

Good to know

Please note this program running will be dependent on numbers and interest. We require at least 4 guests per program. If the program is unable to go ahead we will reach out and discuss alternatives. 

Cancellation Policy

If a participant does not attend a scheduled session, the normal NDIS rate will apply (unless being supported on another Stellar Experiences outing). If a participant wishes to exit the program, the participant must provide a minimum of 2 weeks notice via email to the designated Area Manager. Charges will cease from the date 2 weeks after the notification email is received by the Area Manager. In the event of a program exit, the out of pocket cost for the program will not be refunded.
