Brave the cold for a good cause as we plunge into the conti pools in Wollongong in support of Illawarra’s very own Special Olympics athletes!
Stellar will be covering the registration cost for any brave plungers. Join our staff while we get “Freezin for a Reason!”.
This will be followed by brunch out together in Wollongong to warm up afterwards!
The NDIS cost for this experience is subject to change, and will reflect the ratio of support provided. The maximum NDIS cost this experience will incur is listed as above and will include a transport fee if applicable.
We will endeavour to ensure the experience is provided at our usual 1:3 or 1:4 ratio of support and associated cost. Please note there is also a $2.50/hour centre capital cost, as well as a $7.00/hour Non-Face-to-Face cost applies to each hour of support provided.
Stellar Experiences must be notified of any intention to cancel in writing.
In the case of any short notice cancellations, 100% of the experience cost will apply to any non-refundable, non-transferrable expenses incurred by Stellar Experiences in the planning of the experience. This may include costs such as tickets, activity fees, etc.
A short notice cancellation is determined when:
In the case of any short notice cancellation, we will attempt to fill your position on that experience. If this is possible, no NDIS or out of pocket charges will apply. If we are unable to fill your position on the experience, 100% of the experience cost will apply.
