The program involves a group fitness session at a group training facility with a qualified group fitness instructor. The session involves a mix of cardio, resistance training, boxing and mobility. The sessions are catered to accomodate all fitness levels and support needs. The sisters then head out together and share a meal and a laugh and hopefully develop some meaningful friendships!

The NDIS cost for this experience is subject to change, and will reflect the ratio of support provided. The maximum NDIS cost this experience will incur is listed as above and will include a transport fee if applicable.
We will endeavour to ensure the experience is provided at our usual 1:3 or 1:4 ratio of support and associated cost. Please note there is also a $2.50/hour centre capital cost, as well as a $7.00/hour Non-Face-to-Face cost applies to each hour of support provided.
If a participant does not attend a scheduled session, the normal NDIS rate will apply (unless being supported on another Stellar Experiences outing). If a participant wishes to exit the program, the participant must provide a minimum of 2 weeks notice via email to the designated Area Manager. Charges will cease from the date 2 weeks after the notification email is received by the Area Manager. In the event of a program exit, the out of pocket cost for the program will not be refunded.
