Understanding Emotions, Regulation & Mental Wellbeing – Monday

This workshop focuses on Cultivating Emotional Awareness, Practical Regulation Strategies, Self-Compassion and empowering daily mental habits that Support Mental Wellbeing!

Helping guests build the language and personal insight to better understand their unique emotional experiences, thought patterns, and behaviours, while equipping them with grounding strategies and regulation techniques. Guests are empowered to develop habits that support mental wellbeing, strengthen emotional resilience, and build confidence in navigating intense emotions with greater self-compassion. By cultivating self-awareness and bringing mindful attention to their inner experiences, guests create space for intentional choices, personal growth, and lasting change.

This program will run for 4 consecutive weeks from our Caringbah HQ Gather Space!

Costs

Out of Pocket:
$20/week ($80 full OOP upfront)
NDIS:
$49/hour
Inclusions:
Program resources, program workbook, afternoon tea each week.

Good to know

The NDIS cost is inclusive of any Non Face-to-Face and Centre Capital Costs. This can be billed out of the below NDIS categories and line items;

Category 15 – Capacity Building Improved Daily Living Skills Community Engagement Assistance 15_045_0128_1_3

Category 4 – Core Supports Group and Centre Based Activities Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation 04_102_0136_6_1

Cancellation Policy

Stellar Experiences must be notified of any intention to cancel in writing.

In the case of any short notice cancellations, 100% of the experience cost will apply to any non-refundable, non-transferrable expenses incurred by Stellar Experiences in the planning of the experience. This may include costs such as tickets, activity fees, etc.

A short notice cancellation is determined when:

  • a guest provides less than five (5) full business days’ notice of cancellation
  • a guest does not show up for a scheduled experience within a reasonable time, or is not present at the agreed meeting point and within a reasonable time

In the case of any short notice cancellation, we will attempt to fill your position on that experience. If this is possible, no NDIS or out of pocket charges will apply. If we are unable to fill your position on the experience, 100% of the experience cost will apply.
