Frequently Asked Questions

How long do the programs run?

Our life skills programs are structured around 10 week terms. These occur at the same time and on the same day each week, with consistent support workers and guests throughout the term. Signing up for a lifeskills program secures you into the full 10 weeks.

Do I have to sign up for all 10 sessions?

When signing up for our life skills programs, participation in the full term is required. Should you wish to withdraw from the program, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure your ability to exit from the program seamlessly.

How many guests are in each program?

The number of guests varies by program, but typically ranges between 8-12 guests. These are generally supported on a 1:3 or 1:4 support ratio.

What do the out of pocket costs for the programs cover?

The out of pocket costs vary by program and cover the entire 10 week term. For example, the Stellar Brothers program is $15 per week, which covers the cost of trainer’s fee and gym facility hire. The Girls Social Group is $10 per week, which covers the cost of the healthy lunch that the guests prepare together. More information on the inclusions can be found when clicking into each individual program.

Will I still be charged if I am on a Stellar overnight?

No, you will not be charged for any sessions you are unable to attend due to being on an overnight or different support with Stellar.
