When do social outings take place?
Social outings are scheduled from Thursday to Sunday each week, with additional outings occasionally organised throughout the week for special events such as concerts, sports, and more.
Who is eligible to join the social outings?
Any current guest of Stellar is welcome to join our social outings. Once you have signed up and received login details, you are free to join in as many or as few social outings as you wish.
Where do I meet?
The meeting location for our social outings depends on the location selected. You will either meet at one of our HQs or at a designated pick up spot. Detailed information about meeting locations is provided when you click on to each individual social outing.
What is the difference between out of pocket and NDIS costs?
The out of pocket cost, covers the expenses for events, activities, and other related costs that can not be claimed through NDIS funds. The NDIS component covers the support provided by our support workers, and is billed after the service has been delivered. This can be invoiced directly to you or to a plan manager of your choice.
Can I cancel and be refunded if I am no longer able to attend?
We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend a social outing, we have a cancellation policy in place. Details of the policy can be found under the ‘Cancellation Policy’ section when booking a social outing.
