What can you expect?
The program involves a group fitness session, a group training facility with a qualified group fitness instructor. The session involves a mix of cardio, resistance training and mobility. The sessions are catered to accomodate all fitness levels and support needs. The brothers then head out together and share a meal and a laugh and hopefully develop some meaningful friendships!

What are the costs?
Out Of Pocket Cost: $150 Inclusions: Please note the Out of Pocket Cost covers the full 10 week term. NDIS Cost: Caringbah HQ1:2 - $36/hour, 1:3 - $24/hour, 1:4 - $18/hourThe NDIS cost for this experience is subject to change, and will reflect the ratio of support provided. The maximum NDIS cost this experience will incur is listed as above and will include a transport fee if applicable. We will endeavour to ensure the experience is provided at our usual 1:3 or 1:4 ratio of support and associated cost. Please note there is also a $2.40/hour centre capital cost, as well as a $6.50/hour Non-Face-to-Face cost applies to each hour of support provided.
