The Wellness program offers a gentle introduction to various strategies aimed at enhancing guests' mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, along with techniques for maintaining and improving physical health. Couple this with cooking up a delicious, nutritious meal to share with friends!

What are the costs?
Out Of Pocket Cost: $150 Inclusions: Healthy nutritious meal, mindfulness techniques and strategies, guided yoga and meditation and wellbeing resources The NDIS cost for this experience is subject to change, and will reflect the ratio of support provided. The maximum NDIS cost this experience will incur is listed as above and will include a transport fee if applicable. We will endeavour to ensure the experience is provided at our usual 1:3 or 1:4 ratio of support and associated cost. Please note there is also a $2.40/hour centre capital cost, as well as a $6.50/hour Non-Face-to-Face cost applies to each hour of support provided.
