Stellar Sisters focus on developing the holistic health of the young women involved. It starts with a group fitness session at a gym, run by an experienced, qualified personal trainer. The session involves different kinds of movement such as; stretching, resistance training, cardio and yoga. The sessions are very goal-oriented, with a clear focus outlined each week.
After the gym the girls head out as a group to a local eatery or pub. Essentially, we go out as a group of friends, have a bit of a laugh, some food and hopefully develop some really meaningful and lasting friendships.
Stellar Sisters aims to create a safe, supportive environment where each young woman feels comfortable to share their feelings and contribute to discussions surrounding nutrition, work, stress, relationships women’s health, among other relevant topics.
